This Hawaiian Cheesecake Salad is a creamy, refreshing fruit dessert that combines tropical fruits with a rich cheesecake-style filling. It’s colorful, light, and perfect for potlucks, summer parties, and family gatherings when you want something sweet, fruity, and indulgent without baking.

Ingredients

For the Cheesecake Mixture

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant cheesecake pudding mix
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed

For the Fruit

  • 6 oz fresh raspberries
  • 1 large ripe banana, sliced
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 2 cups pineapple chunks
  • 2 kiwi fruits, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup seedless green grapes, halved
  • 1 cup mandarin orange segments, drained

  • Extra strawberries

  • Toasted coconut flakes

Instructions

Step 1: Make the Cheesecake Base

In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.

Step 2: Add Pudding Mix

Add the instant cheesecake pudding mix and cold milk. Beat until thick and fully combined.

Step 3: Fold in Whipped Topping

Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture becomes light, fluffy, and smooth.

Step 4: Prepare the Fruit

Toss banana slices with lemon juice to prevent browning. Prepare and cut all remaining fruit ingredients.

Step 5: Combine Everything
