Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Pasta
Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.
Step 2: Cook the Shrimp

Step 3: Sauté the Aromatics
In the same skillet, add sun-dried tomatoes and garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Step 4: Make the Creamy Sauce
Pour in half and half and bring to a gentle boil. Reduce heat, then stir in mozzarella cheese until melted and smooth. Lower the heat and simmer gently.

Add basil, red pepper flakes, paprika, and salt. Stir well and adjust seasoning to taste. If the sauce is too thick, add a splash of reserved pasta water.
